Even with the current economic climate house prices in Cabo Roig in general have remained quite stable indeed. Other areas have taken a knock in the past year however Cabo Roig has maintained its value and we hope and believe that home owners in the urbanisation will not experience such a fall in value now or in the near future.
Of course there are going to be exceptions to the norm, and we have had cases where clients have needed a quick sale due to personal and financial reasons – these distressed sales have usually sold quicker than other areas due to lower than usual price and down to location.
According to Kyero (Spanish property portal) the average house price for April 2009 for the Alicante province was 246,300 euros which is 81% of the national Spanish average value. Unfortunately we do not have any correct or accurate figures that we can offer you for Cabo Roig, but when and if we do – we will post them here for you to view.
